Welcome to 3-5-2 FC. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website and game at 352fc.com (the "Service"). 3-5-2 FC is a product from OCTA Games ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

3-5-2 FC is an independent football management game played for entertainment. You draft a squad, manage it through a campaign, simulate matches, and view results. The Service is provided free of charge, except for any optional paid features we may offer in the future.

2. Entertainment only; no real-world outcomes

The Service is a game of fantasy football management intended purely for entertainment. Match results, ratings, and simulations are generated by the game and do not reflect real-world events, real matches, or the real-world performance of any team or person. The Service does not offer gambling, betting, or any opportunity to win money or prizes of real-world value.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or proper functioning of the Service.
• Attempt to access parts of the Service you are not authorized to access, or reverse-engineer the Service except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.

Names of real-world footballers, teams, and competitions that may appear in the Service are used for identification and informational purposes only, to describe the real-world people and entities to which they refer. 6. Your content and feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you agree that we may use them without any obligation to you, and that we are free to use such feedback to improve the Service.

7. Changes to the Service

The Service is under active development. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including game features, content, and availability, without liability to you. Game data and saved progress may be reset, particularly during development, and we do not guarantee that progress will be preserved.
